At Find & Flourish Counseling, I work with women who are figuring things out—identity shifts, big life transitions, and how past experiences still show up today. Therapy here is a place to slow down, get to know yourself better, and build a life that actually feels like you.
I have a passion and focus on working with perinatal mental health - women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a mother. Honestly, I work with women who are tired of holding it all together.
I provide a space for women to be real and raw, to say what’s on their mind, to feel supported and challenged in a way that feels valuable to them.

What we do together depends on what you actually need — and that changes. Sometimes we're digging into something that happened years ago and finally making sense of it. Sometimes we're figuring out what you even want your life to look like. Sometimes you just need someone to think through something with you without being told what to do.
I pull from a few different therapy styles depending on what fits — some that help your brain process hard stuff it's been stuck on, some that help you understand the different parts of yourself that feel like they're constantly at war, and some that help you stop fighting your own thoughts and actually start moving toward what matters to you.
