About Clare

Hi, I’m Clare! I grew up in Colorado, and my own experience navigating big life shifts—especially becoming a mom—is what pulled me into this work. Therapy was a huge part of helping me reconnect with myself when life dropped me into a version of me I didn’t totally recognize… and I knew I wanted to offer that same space to others.

Therapy with me is relaxed, real, and very much come as you are. You can show up in sweatpants, wrapped in a blanket, eating a snack, swearing a little (or a lot), laughing, crying—sometimes all in the same session. We take the work seriously, but not ourselves.

I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, EMDR, DBT, and IFS, but I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. Everything is tailored to you. My style is calm, supportive, collaborative, and gently challenging when it’s helpful. We’ll slow things down, notice patterns that aren’t serving you anymore, and build insight and real change—without pressure to be “fixed.”

The heart of my work is creating a compassionate, trauma-informed space where women can explore identity, process past experiences, and move through life transitions with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust—while still being fully human along the way.

All identities, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome here - you deserve care exactly as you are.
