Becoming | Postpartum Therapy Group

Becoming is a closed, therapist-led therapy group for new moms navigating the emotional, mental, physical, identity changes that come with becoming a mother. In a small, intimate space, you’ll find like-minded individuals who are wanting to connect, process grief, joy, overwhelm, and growth that comes with the transition into motherhood. This space to be real and honest with others about your experiences, and pause and reflect on the major transition you just went through.
